LOCAL TAX

€ 2.00 per person and night. Children up to 15 years are exempt from the local tax.

Additional people who are not registered will be billed.

When booking for only 2 people in the apartments Anna, Andi, and Frieda, only one bedroom is available to you.

​

Final cleaning
For the final cleaning 50 € will be charged and have to be paid on site.

 

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 30% of the booking price is required to guarantee your reservation.

We will inform you of the exact amount in EUR in your booking confirmation.

​

In case of cancellations subject to charge, deposits are retained as a cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation and reimbursement of the deposit payment, we charge a handling fee of € 25,–.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Austrian hotel contract conditions from the specialist association for accommodation providers apply upon confirmation of reservation. This also applies to cancellations:

Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge.

Between 3 months and 1 month before arrival: 30% of the booking price

Between 1 month and 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price

Between 1 week and 1 day before arrival: 90%

In case of no-show we charge 100% of the booking price.

 

CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend you to obtain a travel cancellation insurance.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

The apartment is available from 3 p.m.

Please let us know your approximate arrival time by latest one day before arrival.

 

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment in good condition by 9:00 a.m.

In the event of early departure or late arrival, the price for the respective booked days will be charged (no deductions).

In case that you arrive with less people than booked, the full apartment price will be charged.

PAYMENT
The bill can be settled in cash by latest one day before departure.

SMOKING
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not allowed in our apartments. In the event of non-compliance, a separate cleaning fee of € 150 will be charged.

PETS

Kindly note that we do not accept pets. Should you arrive with a pet, we do not admit you to your room.
